"Ambulance personnel, like all health care workers, dedicate their lives to helping others in need but
sadly sometimes fall into difficulties or are injured themselves whilst doing so. The Ambulance Services
Benevolent Fund seeks to provide a comprehensive support network for them in a whole variety of ways.
The Trustees give a great deal of their time and effort to fulfil these objectives but are often frustrated
because of lack of funds to enable them to help staff as the fund wants to and the recipient needs. We
would ask you to consider making a donation to this essential welfare work as we receive no Government
or Lottery grants, but rely entirely on voluntary donations from public spirited people like you. Your
donations and commitment are extremely important to us, so please accept my thanks on behalf
of the Trustees for your ongoing and valued support. As a direct result of any Gift Aid declaration,
we will be able to offer even more long term support to the people who need it most, thank you."
