Claims
Applications for help, from whatever origin they are initiated,
should be submitted in writing to the National Secretary clearly
stating the presenting problem and full supporting evidence. To
allow the ‘Claims Committee’ to make a prompt and fair
decision they will also need to have supporting background information,
for which there is an application form available.
All claims are treated in the strictest of confidence.
