ARE YOU UP TO TAKING "THE THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE" If you think you are - raise a team ( 5 walkers and 2 non walking support drivers) and get yourselves sponsored in support of The Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund. Raise two teams and the entry fee for the second team is halved. The challenge is to walk the 3 highest UK summits within 24 hours Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Snowdon (Wales) Over 11,000ft of climbing and over 20 miles of walking Click on the picture above to find out more.

JOIN TEAM ASBF FOR THE BRITISH 10K LONDON RUN The ASBF has twelve places reserved for the British 10K London Run which takes place on Sunday 11th July, 2010. If you would like to run and support the ASBF contact us on enquiries@asbf.co.uk to book your place.
